Theatre World Brno on the International Fair of Regional Tourism in Brno Exhibition Centre..

Great social changes and their reflection in art in the 1960s and in the present - the mutual inspiration between two artistic disciplines: film and theatre - and a personality who connects these two topics: Miloš Forman – the international festival Theatre World Brno 2012 has all this and more!

An exhibition of work by one of the most distinctive personalities of contemporary Czech photography, Professor Jindřich Štreit, reflecting the events of the international festival Theatre Word Brno 2011, is drawing to an end. However, you can view some of the photographs here…

You still have the chance until 25^th November to see an exhibition of work by one of the most distinctive personalities of contemporary Czech photography, Professor Jindřich Štreit. He is presenting a collection of his photographs reflecting the events of the international festival Theatre World Brno 2011 on the premises of the Reduta Theatre and the Goose on a String Theatre.

The third edition of the Theatre World Brno will take place  8th - 16th June 2012. Please note this term to your diary!

today´s performance of A Magic Flute is completely sold out. However, those of you who cannot manage to get in the Brno City Theatre can come to the Festival of Masks! Don´t miss it! We will begin at 4 pm. It will be a magnificent carnival.

if you have bought tickets for the performance of Kaina Marseille, you can use the festival shuttle service. At 5.30 pm a bus leaves for the Brno Fair Grounds from the outside of the Janáček Theatre. After the performance it will take you again back to the Janáček Theatre and also to the Brno City Theatre.

The tickets for the performances of Kaina Marseille and A Magic Flute have been sold out.

the today´s performance of The Father has been cancelled due to technical problems. The tickets can be returned at the BKC (Brno Cultural Centre).

don´t forget that today the Italian ensemble Teatro del Carreto will perform Hamlet at the Radost Theatre and Peter Brook´s film Mahabharata will be shown at the Reduta Theatre.  You will find many other performances in the Program section.
